Sylvia Magoma Luka is currently a Ph.D student in Applied Linguistics at Machakos University in the Department of Linguistics and Languages. Her research focuses on ‘Legal Language as a Barrier to Access Justice’ (Forensic Linguistics)
Sylvia is a highly seasoned teacher of English and Literature currently teaching at St. Francis Girls’ Mang’u – Thika.
Sylvia is passionate about using language as a resource and a tool to touch lives and engaging with the youth and women through mentorship.
